Plans and What They Include
Runwell has four plans: Basic, Standard, Pro and Enterprise. Here you see what each plan includes and how they differ.
You always find current prices and the full feature list at runwell.com. All prices are in NOK excluding VAT.

All plans include 5 users per location. Each extra user costs NOK 34 per month. Annual billing saves you 10%.
Basic
Basic gives you what you need to keep internal control in order:
- IK-mat (food safety), IK-alkohol (alcohol), IK-tobakk (tobacco), fire safety manual and HSE handbook as ready-made documents
- Tasks and routines, for example checklists, temperature readings and recurring tasks
- Deviation handling with feedback, anonymous submission and a whistleblowing channel
- Inspection button, for example for the Food Safety Authority and alcohol licensing inspections
- Procedures, laws and regulations, supplier overview and key documents
- Files with Runwell Docs and upload folders
- Team overview with access levels, job titles, key roles and display mode
- App for iOS and Android, browser on PC and Mac, help center and chat support
Basic does not include chat, calendar, courses and training, HSE plan, risk matrix, read confirmation, the Planday integration or sensors from other suppliers. You get these from Standard.
Standard
Standard has everything in Basic, plus:
- IK-mat, IK-alkohol, IK-tobakk, fire safety and HSE integrated as procedures in Runwell, not only as documents
- Chat with direct messages, group chats and information channels
- Courses and training, including mandatory courses, the 40-hour safety representative course, HSE for managers, alcohol course, allergen course and a location-specific emergency preparedness course
- HSE plan with goals, action plan and annual wheel
- Risk assessments with a risk matrix and ready-made assessments
- Calendar with events, agenda and minutes
- Read confirmation on documents, staff handbook and instructions against sexual harassment
- Custom feedback categories and sick leave registration
- Planday integration and temperature sensors from other suppliers
- Free setup, transfer from other systems and training for managers
Pro
Pro has everything in Standard and is made for businesses with at least 3 locations:
- Organization module with a combined overview of all locations
- Group chats across locations
- Organization files: master documents and templates shared across locations
- Dedicated contact person
- SLA with 99.0% uptime guarantee
Enterprise
Enterprise has everything in Pro, plus a tailored agreement for the chain or group, dedicated Customer Success follow-up, custom integrations and an SLA with 99.5% uptime guarantee. Contact us for an offer.
Applies to all plans
- 14-day free trial. You don't need to add a payment card to try Runwell.
- No lock-in. You choose monthly or annual billing and pay in advance for the period.
- You only pay for active days. If an employee leaves mid-month, you only pay for the days they had access. If you have paid too much, it is deducted from your next invoice.
- Change plan at any time.
- Runwell sensors can be added to any plan.
Which plan do we have, and how do I change it?
You see your plan under Billing. On a computer, click your initials or profile picture in the top right corner and choose Billing. You need super administrator access. This is also where you change plan, see How to activate and deactivate a subscription.
