Map the Need for the Procedure

Conduct a yearly survey with those involved to assess and improve each procedure.

Administrator access is required and this cannot be done on mobile. Mapping the need for a procedure is done under the Insights tab. The mapping should be carried out annually; each year a new year is available. If the procedure is brand new you should map it now and then evaluate it during your annual HSE review next year. Involve all relevant staff to ensure the procedure matches reality and remains effective.
