Send a Direct Message
Send a direct message to anyone in your organisation easily.
Everyone can send direct messages in Runwell.
On desktop, press Chat > New chat. Administrators can choose between a group chat, information channel or direct message, while employees go straight to direct messages. On mobile, tap the plus icon to start. Select the person you want to message and write your text. If there’s an existing conversation, it will open automatically.
