Pin a Chat to the Top Pin important chats so you can find them easily. To pin a chat, open it and click the dot menu > Pin to top. A pin icon appears, and the chat stays at the top of your list until you remove it. To unpin, open the chat again, select the dot menu and choose Unpin.
