How to Enable Notifications from the Runwell App
To receive notifications directly on your phone, you’ll need to enable them in your device settings. Here’s how:
iOS
Open Settings and tap Notifications.
Select Runwell under Notification Style.
Under Alerts, choose your preferred alert style.
Toggle Allow Notifications on, then select when you’d like to receive them — immediately or as part of your scheduled summary.
Android
Open your phone’s Settings app.
Tap Apps & Notifications.
Select Runwell under Recently Sent.
Tap the notification type you’d like to adjust.
Choose your preferences: Alerting or Silent.
To show a banner when your phone is unlocked, enable Show as Pop-up (or Show in Foreground, depending on your device).
