Runwell has a template for your Food Safety Manual that you can use as a starting point and make your own. You'll find it under the IK-mat procedure or in Files.
If the document isn't enabled at your location, you can easily grab it from the template center — just click Add new file > From Template. (Select category English in the Template Center for English version).
The Food Safety Manual covers everything you need to know. All you need to do is fill in the "Organization and management" section and make sure the routines in the document match what you actually do at your location.
