New Runwell Docs and Files
We've launched our biggest update ever. Here's everything about Runwell Files, Runwell Docs, and a bunch of other news.
We're taking a big step to give you control over all your documentation. The solution works equally well for small and large businesses, and finally gives you the freedom to build and develop your organization.
Key documents are now Files
Key documents have been rebuilt completely from the ground up, and are now called Files. All your key documents have been transferred so you can pick up right where you left off.
You can now customize how each document looks, who has access to it, turn on read confirmation so it becomes part of training, and organize documentation into groups.
You can also write your own documents directly in Runwell, get inspiration from a wide range of templates, and structure everything exactly the way you want.

Runwell Docs
Runwell Docs is your new documentation tool that makes it easier than ever to write, edit, and customize your documentation. Runwell Docs can easily be used for internal control, recipes, employee handbooks, new routine descriptions, and the latest menu.
Each document can be customized with the content you want. It's easy to search and browse through documents, and of course just as easy on mobile.

Live documents >
In Runwell Docs, you can insert live Runwell data directly into your document, so the document is always up to date. We're continuously working on adding all the Runwell modules, so you can insert a risk assessment, tasks, or a key person from Runwell.
By using ">" you can easily bring up a menu that lets you insert live Runwell data directly into the document, which stays updated in real time without you having to do anything.
Template Center
Runwell now has its own Template Center with a wide range of document templates you might need in your day-to-day work. This makes it easy to get started without having to start completely from scratch.
Template Center will open up to our partners, so you can get templates from your other third parties directly in Runwell. This will make your everyday life even easier. If you run a large operation, you can also share templates in the Template Center from head office.

Organization Files
With organization files, you can finally get full control across all your locations. Now you can set up Runwell Docs and PDFs that should apply to all or some of your locations. You can also set requirements for which documents they should upload, turn on read confirmation, and create your own templates that land in the Template Center.
In other words, it has never been easier to keep your documentation up to date, in the right place, at the right time.
